About:
The Placement Cell of T.H.K Jain College aims at making
placement opportunities available for the final year
students of the college. Nowadays it has become imperative
for the students to possess not only sound academic
knowledge but effective soft skills and the requisite
mentoring as well. The College Placement Cell provides
opportunities for employment to its outgoing students.

Objective:
It acts as an interface between the students of the college and various companies that come for recruitment. The aim of the cell is to bridge the gap between student aspirations and the industry demand. The cell provides career guidance workshops by inviting organizations and counsels students in this regard.

Mechanism of Function:
- Initially the companies are invited to take part in the campus recruitment drive.
- Interested students register with the placement cell and thus participate in the campus drive.
- Grooming sessions are provided to them to upgrade their skills and make them industry friendly.
