About:
The Training & Placement Cell of T.H.K Jain College aims at making placement opportunities available for the final year students of the college. Nowadays it has become imperative for the students to possess not only sound academic knowledge but effective soft skills and the requisite mentoring as well. The College Placement Cell provides opportunities for employment to its outgoing students.

Objective:
The primary objective of Training and Placement Cell is to provide career guidance to the students which includes making the students decide and choose a career path that aligns with their interests, skills and abilities. The cell reaches out to various professional and industrial bodies to facilitate students in imparting skills and training necessary to build a strong career.
Training and Placement envisages to provide employment opportunities in reputed organization and industries.

Mechanism of Function:
Cell Structure: A dedicated team consisting of a chainman of the committee, Convener, Coordinators, and Faculty Representatives.
Industry Partnerships: Building relationships with companies, inviting them for campus placements, and collaborating on projects and internships.
Student Registration: Students register with the cell, providing information about their skills, interests, and career aspirations.
Database •Management: Maintaining a database of student profiles, company requirements, and job openings.
Job Notifications: Notifying students about job openings, internships~ and training programs.
Placement Drives·: Organizing on-campus and off-campus placement drives, including written tests, group discussions, and interviews.
Interview Preparation: Providing resources and Training for students to prepare for interviews.
Placement Coordination: Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and communication between companies and students.
I follow-up and Feedback: Following up with companies and students to ensure smooth placements and gathering feedback for improvement.
Training and Development: Organizing training programs, workshops and seminars to enhance students' skills and employability.
