Placement Cell Overview 
The Placement Cell serves as a vital interface between students and companies visiting for recruitment. It not only facilitates placement opportunities but also emphasizes the development of students’ soft skills, provides mentoring, and prepares them to meet industry expectations. 
Objectives 
• Bridge the gap between student aspirations and industry demands. 
• Provide students with career guidance, mentoring, and training. 
• Create meaningful employment opportunities for outgoing students.

Mechanism of Function

• Company Invitation: Companies are invited to participate in the campus recruitment drive. 
• Student Registration: Interested students register with the Placement Cell to take part in the recruitment process. 
• Grooming & Skill Development: Students undergo grooming sessions and skill enhancement programs to become industry-ready. 
• Pre-Placement Workshops: The Cell organizes career guidance workshops, mock interviews, and counseling sessions to prepare students for the selection process. 
• Placement Drive Execution: The Placement Cell coordinates the campus drive, ensuring smooth communication between the company and students. 
• Feedback & Follow-up: After the drive, feedback is collected from both companies and students to improve future training and placement activities.
